After nearly 20 years in the business, we will soon stop providing Internet access. I haven't set a date when we will cease service, and at this point I plan to continue running the servers that provide the service for now. At some point in the coming months, we will have to stop providing DSL and Dial-Up service. We no longer have anyone answering the phone to provide customer service and technical support.


Pay Your Bill On Time

Our bills go out on the 1st of every month and are due by 5 p.m. on the 15th. If we do not receive your payment on time, we're not going to call, send late notices, or charge you late fees. We're just going to turn off your account permanently. Please, if you move your service, let us know.

What services will you continue?

We will continue to provide POP3 Email Accounts, web hosting plans, and some other services that are not Internet access.

How do I cancel my account?

Just call 916-645-4567 and leave a message with your account name, clearly letting us know what date you'd like the cancellation to be effective. Or email that information to support@psyber.com.

How do I keep my email address?

We cannot forward your email to a new address for technical reasons. We can continue providing you with email service via a POP3 account. The price of this is $15 per month for the first email address, and $3 per month for each additional email address. This must be automatically billed to a credit card on the 1st of each month for service that month. If you would like to continue email service, let us know when you cancel your account.

You can set up your email account in any email software, and even set up a Gmail account to check your psyber.com email. Here are the settings you'll need:

Will you return my call?

I'm really sorry, but I may not have the time to. I'm going to do my best to help out everyone with problems and ease their transition, but we currently have no employees, and playing phone tag after working all day at my day job can be difficult. Please email support@psyber.com for help if you want a faster response, and include all details.

Please be patient. If you've called about an accounting issue, or a prepayment refund, we will definitely handle it with integrity. However, due to the workload in dealing with other customers, it may not happen as quickly as we'd like. Please allow up to a month for processing accounting requests.
